Apple Pay, Google Pay and Cash App turning up on a deposit list is newer than this sector's reputation suggests, and Bitcoin Lightning is newer still. All three casinos that list them charge nothing to deposit and credit the balance instantly.

Sun Palace and the three-brand set publish no fee, no processing time and no limit for any payout method. Sun Palace at least names its rails; the other three stop at the deposit page.
Both casinos that publish a fee schedule charge the same way: nothing for crypto, $50 for a bank wire, $60 for a courier check. That is not a coincidence of pricing, it is a preference being expressed. Crypto settles without an intermediary who might object to the merchant category; a wire and a check both pass through the domestic banking system, which is where the cost and the delay come from.
For a player the practical consequence is simple. If you intend to withdraw more than once, set up a crypto wallet before you deposit. Two withdrawals by wire is $100 of fees against a $2,500 weekly ceiling — four percent of your own money, for the privilege of waiting three weeks.
Not at any casino we cover. Red Stag lists three payout rails and none of them is a card; the others either list no card payout or publish no payout methods at all. Plan on crypto, a wire, or a posted check.
Crypto, unambiguously, at both casinos that publish a fee schedule. It is free where a wire costs $50 and a check costs $60, and at Red Stag it is also the only rail described as immediate.
Sun Palace names ACH among its methods, and it is alone in doing so, and it publishes no limit or fee against it.
Crypto floors sit at $5 to $10 because settlement costs the casino almost nothing. Card floors sit at $25 at four of them because card processing in this sector carries a fixed cost per attempt and a meaningful decline rate.
